Deputies arrest a man who punched and kicked a snowplow driver.
It happened in the Racine County town of Wind Lake, in the southeast part of the state.
The sheriff's department says rescue crews found the public works superintendent bleeding on Christmas Eve and took him to the hospital.
He told deputies a 50-year-old man punched and kicked him because he asked the man to move his truck or get a ticket.
