Love these people who claim they have no clue who was driving, must be that darn ghost again!!!!!!!!
If she proves to be the one who hit that poor man, I hope she gets the book thrown at her. If the driver who had hit him had stopped, he may not have been killed. I am totally mortified that someone could hit another human being and leave them injured in the road allowing someone else to hit them.
