Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Foster Child
The 44-year-old Phillips man is facing a charge of sexual assault of a child by a foster parent or treatment foster parent.

Prosecutors say a man is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old foster child. The 44-year-old Phillips man is facing a charge of sexual assault of a child by a foster parent or treatment foster parent. The Price County Sheriff says he has not been arrested, but is scheduled to be in court February 18th.
According to the court documents, the man had sex with the 17-year-old foster child in November. Investigators say when he was interviewed, he admitted he had sex with the teen. If convicted, he faces 40 years in prison and a fine of $100,000.
