A former elementary school janitor has been sentenced to five years in prison and 45 years of extended supervision for molesting students.
Thirty-year-old Paul Amenson of De Pere, Wisconsin previously pleaded no contest to five counts of child enticement.
Authorities say he undressed and touched five boys while working as a custodian at Heritage Elementary School in Ledgeview and a recess supervisor at Suamico Elementary School.
Brown County Circuit Court Judge Kendall Kelley told Amenson on Friday that his offenses were "horrible" because he targeted children in places where they were told they could trust people.
Amenson apologized to the victims and his family, saying his crimes were "very wrong."
