Two men have been arrested after investigators found them with items taken during several recent burglaries.
18-year-old Corey Crivits of the Ettrick area and 19-year-old Derek Kwiatkowski of the Taylor area were taken into custody.
On Thursday deputies searched an area in the township of Curran in Jackson County. The deputies recovered various items they say were stolen in several burglaries over the past several weeks in both Jackson and Trempealeau Counties.
Among the items found were an ATV, tree stands, camo chairs, a small refrigerator, a television, and numerous tools. The case is still under investigation.
