Teens Believed to be Responsible for Animal Shootings
The Eau Claire County Sheriff's Department says between February 22nd and February 24th, one horse and one sheep were killed when they were shot with hunting arrows.

sad thing is the courts will make sure they get their fines money before the owners recieve anything. courts always get their penalties served first. should be the other way around. very wreckless behavior though
Execute them now before they turn into serial killers!
Lets hope the shooters are forced to pay the animal owners restitution.
the 17 year old should be prosecuted as an adult and the 15 year old should get at least a year of supervision with human services
