Obey's Office Says Government Budget Has Money for Local Projects

I fail to see where this will help the average Wisconsinite. Runway improvements, waste water treatment plants, and studies of the St Croix river and zebra muscles does not help. Giving thousands of dollars to Professors to do studies does not create jobs for anyone. Obey is just paying off those that supported him for re-election.
