Arson Supect Pleads Not Guilty

One of two teens accused of starting nearly half a dozen fires last Summer, now says he didn't do it.

17-year-old Dylan Rogowski pleaded not guilty in court Monday. He's charged with arson of property along with 18-year-old Luke McGowan.

According to the criminal complaint, Rogowski told investigators back in August that he's responsible for four fires at a park in Rice Lake. It says he also told police he set a fire in the high school's dumpster, vandalized the baseball dugouts, and smashed a vending machine at the municipal pool.

McGowan has not made a plea yet in the case. His hearing is scheduled for April 10th.
