Man Accused of Fraud Pleads Guilty
Boechler faces federal charges and charges in Eau Claire County.

A man who prosecutors say faces federal charges for scamming an elderly woman has pleaded guilty.
According to federal court records, 52-year-old Duane Boechler of Franksville, pleaded guilty to three charges including bank fraud.
He originally faced 15 charges.
According to the federal court, he'll be sentenced June 18th.
Boechler still faces five felony charges in Eau Claire County.
Investigators say he scammed an Eau Claire woman out of $83,000.
Investigators suspected he scammed twelve people in three states to the tune of $5 Million.
