The 16-year-old driver in a rollover crash should not have had four other teens in her car.

Chippewa County Sheriff's Capt. Gene Gutsch says Janaray Wayne has a probationary license, which means she is not allowed to have the four other passengers in her car. Wayne rolled the car on Wednesday night, injuring herself and all four passengers.

The crash happened on County Highway S, east of Highway 53 just before 6:00 Wednesday night. The passengers injured in the crash were 15-year-old Devin Ford, 14-year-old Brady Smith, 18-year-old Daniel Licht all of Chippewa Falls, and 19-year-old Tyle Holte of Eau Claire.

The Chippewa County Sheriff's Department says Ford and Holte are in critical condition. Deputies say they believe no one had their seat belts on. Three ambulances and two medical helicopters were called in. Deputies are still trying to figure out what caused the rollover.
