See, if you live within your means, and make good economic decisionsl; There will be a program that leave you out and rewards those that don't. I think I will quit my job, go on welfare, and spend the rest of my days fishing. I will be a liberal politicians dream.
Is this just for people here in WI? or is the nation wide? I got a call from some mortgage company saying that the interest rates have dropped. They said that we just call our current lender and they will adjust our loan with the new rate, without refinancing. Is this true?
I agree with Doesn't matter: ALl home owners should get this break. It is great for the realtors and the 1st time buyers, they have to love it. The rest of us get nothing, like always
What are the people who already own their homes and are struggling getting? If I can't make my payment I will have bad credit. I think this should go out to all home owners.
Thats, great for them, but what about the rest of us, that have been trying to make our payments??? Less we are poor, or 1st time buyers, we get squatt like always, what a shocker that is
