Man Charged For Having Teen's Nude Pics on Cell Phone

An Eau Claire man is charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography.

Investigators say 28-year-old Jeremy Mizer had several nude images of a 15-year-old girl on his cell phone.

According to the criminal complaint, the 15-year-old told detectives Mizer asked her to take the pictures and send them to his phone.

She says the two met last summer and that Mizer knew she was 15 and in high school.

A responsible adult should know better! And I'm sure the parents of that 15yo girl will discipline their daughter. As for the 28yo the law will discipline him.

I want to thank those you that are blaming her as well in all of this. I am engaged to this man and if you only knew the whole story behind all of this. It's just nonsense in the first place. What happened to being innocent until proven guilty seems more like guilty until proven innocent. He is a good man and doesn't deserve this. They fail to tell you that he's been a there for my son when his own father hasn't. Do they mention that he one of the most caring men I know. We have been together almost a year and hasn't missed a doctors appointment or cancer check-up since we met. And there are many. I could go on about what a good and decent man he is. This has painted a bad picture of the man I love to the ones that don't know him. I stand beside him through all of this and love him to the end.

So, basically, what some of these folks are saying is that it is o.k. to molest children as long as the children ask for it...What a sick group of individuals.

Oh come on guys! When are we going to grow up in this country. 15 y/o kids are not innocent little children. If you do not know right from wrong by that age, your a lost cause. Save the "child molester" talk for the real ones- who prey on youngsters who are truly innocent and have no choice in the situation. By calling this case a CM one, you just water down the whole public opinion of the very real problem.

So are the people who wrote those earlier posts. At least, they don't see anything wrong with being a child molester.

The folks commenting are, again, obviously criminals themselves. Nobody who is a normal, functioning, decent person would write posts supporting an individual who committed a sex crime against a minor. Do any of these people have the mental capacity to ponder whether this man is a possible danger to other 15-year-old children??

Sounds like both people in this case were winners. At 28 he should know better, but at 15, so should she. Why waste tax dollars on this? Its not like we are going to change any behaviors here. Both these people are never going to be model citizens.
