A grass fire burned nearly 100 acres Friday afternoon.
It happened southeast of Osseo.
Firefighters from Osseo, Strum and Hale all helped put out the fire.
The Strum fire chief says a homeowner burning garbage started the fire.
It happened just before four Friday afternoon and firefighters had it under control by five.
No one was hurt. Crews say it was hard to fight some spots in the grass fire, because there were fences everywhere.
