I live in Rice Lake and Do NOT want this man living in our town. I think the people of Rice Lake should have been notified of his release well before and not have to hear about it on the news so we could fight it. I do not feel safe living here now that this man will be here and I also have a child. Why was he not sentenced to life in prison for this gruesome intentional crime. I am appalled. Rice Lake people please stand up for our town and fight against the release of this dispicable person in our city and around of family, friends and especially our children!!
thats just disturbing, why would they release him to the same area of where the victims family lives, send him to another state, now they have to live in fear of running into this man, not cool.
