One of the teens accused of plotting an attack at Green Bay East High School is ordered to stand trial.
17-year-old William Cornell is charged with conspiracy to commit first degree intentional homicide, conspiracy to commit damage to property by use of explosives, possessing explosives and possessing an illegal short-barreled shotgun. The Brown County Court Commissioner ruled there is sufficient evidence to back these charges.

Cornell remains in jail on $500,000 cash bond.
