A man will spend time in prison after his 10th OWI offense.
47-year-old Leonard T. Quagon of Hayward was sentenced to five years in prison concurrent with two other OWI sentences, along with four years extended supervision.
His license will also be revoked for three years.
The criminal complaint says deputies stopped Quagon on February 28 after they saw his truck swerving.
When he was tested at the Sawyer County Sheriff's Department, his blood alcohol content was 0.15. That's nearly double the legal limit for driving.
