We now know the name of the woman who died in a crash between a van and a semi on the Pepin-Dunn County line on Tuesday.
The Pepin County Sheriff's Department says 38-year-old Michelle l. Nelson from Eau Claire was pronounced dead at the scene. Three young passengers in the van, aged 16, 1 and, one-month old, were flown to a Rochester, Minnesota hospital.
