Deputies say a man was maintaining a drug house less than a quarter mile away from a park that children often use.
The Buffalo County Jail says 30-year-old Nathan Binner is out on $1,000 cash bond. He was arrested last Friday. Deputies say they were targeting illegal drug dealing in or around Nelson with the West Central Drug Task Force.
Investigators served a search warrant on a drug house and arrested Binner for distributing marijuana, and other drug charges.
