Gas Prices Go Up
After weeks of unusually flat prices, gas has gone up a few cents once again.

After weeks of unusually flat prices, gas has gone up a few cents once again. For most of October, gas in Eau Claire settled in at $2.29 a gallon. That's now up to $2.34 a gallon at most stations.

Eau Claire is, as usual, at the high end, statewide. From Wisconsin gasprices.com, stations in La Crosse and Hudson check in at $2.24. Central Wisconsin locations such as Wisconsin Rapids report $2.29. Park Falls is the high point at $2.39 a gallon. Beloit is the lowest point, statewide, at $2.12.
