Um, 7 prior OWI convictions, now in jail again charged with OWI. Just what is there to dispute? 7 1=8 in any country.
What is it going to take to get this drunk off of the streets and into jail where he belongs. He is going to kill someone yet. He definetly has a problem if he flies an airplane while drunk. So what if this is not his 8th offense driving drunk even one time is too many. His attorney needs to wake up. Make him pay before it's to late.
How can you dispute the number of offenses when they have Court documentation? I submit that he's probably offended way more than 8 times, he's only gotten CAUGHT that many.
