I agree it doesn't work. Not to mention the form one needs to fill out, copy, & send to complain. Another legislation passed without enforcement.

I live in Eau Claire,I have been on the Do Not Call list for years,It has gotten worse.Telemarketers/computers calling me 8-10 times a day.Its annoying!!!Borderline harassment.Leave me alone,If I want info on a warranty,satellite,state,I will ask!

I agree with Tom. These stupid people just switched it all to a pre-recorded voice. And, many of them do NOT have an "opt" out on the message! Telemarketing sucks, bottom line. If I want something, I'll call you!

First of all, it does NOT work! Many calls still get through and the fact that everyone needs to sign up for it every year is a real crock. It's too bad we don't have someone intelligent enough at the state level to figure this out.
