Investigators say a car crossed the center line and crashed into a semi

A car crashes into a semi, sending the driver of the car to the hospital.
It happened on Highway 27 near Ladysmith Thursday afternoon. The Rusk County Sheriff says the driver of the car crossed the center line and hit the semi, that was pulling a flatbed with heavy equipment.
The driver of the car had to be airlifted to the hospital. The sheriff says he was the only one in the car. There's no word on the extent of his injuries. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
