Prescription Drug Cases on the Rise
Both the Rusk County sheriff and the Ladysmith police chief are dealing with a spike in total drug cases and both say prescription drug cases are climbing the fastest. On Thursday, the police department was dealing with two more busts.

Solution: Legalize medical cannabis. Cannabis is non-toxic to 99.99% of the population (it can't kill you), and has been proven time and time again to reduce or eliminate the need for toxic, lab created chemicals. Fewer pills prescribed would translate to fewer pills in medicine cabinets, fewer stolen/sold pills, and finally, fewer overdose deaths. More and more people around this great nation are waking up to the fact that cannabis offers our culture and society many benefits, and the old demonizations of the past are quickly crumbling to dust. This isn't about 'getting high', this is about saving, and improving the quality of millions of American lives...
