Two people are dead and two others were hurt in a crash Monday night.
17-year-old Daishonna Payne of Somerset was pronounced dead at the scene. 26-year-old Alan Alwin of Somerset died on the way to the hospital. Sheriff's deputies say those two along with two others were in a car that was headed east on County Road C in Star Prairie around 7:30. That's when the driver, 18-year-old Austin Pederson, lost control going around a curve. The car went in the ditch and rolled several times.
Pederson and 17-year-old Edgar Rodriguez were taken to the hospital.
