Rescued Dogs Find Way to E.C. Co. Humane Association

I don't understand why people think that they can treat animals so cruely. I would like to put them in a cage with little or no care and let them live in their own feces. Something like this just makes me sick and the sad thing is an animal will stick by his owner through thick and thin. What happened to a dog is mans best friend.
