He did get 10 years in prison this guy is a pretty sick minded individual.

Why no prison time? He offended again, what more does he have to do? A 9 year old how sick. Just another case of someone getting away with too much. Way to go Judge. I bet if it was your kid or grandchild you would thind differently.
