A convicted sex offender will spend 15 years on probation for re-offending.
Court records show 20-year-old Justin Culbert of Chippewa Falls pleaded guilty to child enticement on Tuesday. Second degree sexual assault and bail jumping charges were dismissed, but read in. The judge sentenced Culbert to 10 years in prison and 5 years extended supervision, but stayed the sentence.
Culbert is accused of touching a 9-year-old boy inappropriately in a shed behind Culbert's home.
