A Trempealeau County town will get more than $250,000 in federal stimulus money.
Representative Chris Danou says the money will pay for more than half of a downtown development project in Blair.
The improvements include new sidewalks, streetlights and parking.
The town will get a total of $260,000 from the government, and is one of fifteen cities in Wisconsin to get community block grant money, including Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Hawkins and Turtle Lake.
