I agree with Gina. Its great to see that the granddaughters and family were there for their grandmother. You have to be her shadow, it may be hard but you have to do it for her. Let her name be known.

So I seen the family outside the court room for their grandmother. That was great, you guys hold your head up high and be proud and stand up to these two monsters and their families. I doubt they will have the nerve to come to you and say they are sorry like Austin's mom said she wanted to reach out to the family. Why didnt she? You go girls! Keep that head up and show them you are not afraid! God bless you and your family continue to stay strong.

I am sorry to hear about this. Your mother sounds like an amazing woman and it is unfair that her life was taken for no reason is so sad. I hope the person who did this never has the opportunity to be free again.

very disturbing that this person was around the area all this time and committed this terrible crime..

I hope they get the maximum time that can be served. This is one of the worst stories I have ever heard. Shame on them! Both of them deserve to be in prison- life term. Too bad we don't have the death penalty here... they deserve it. This woman lived a full life.. but to end up in the hands of this low life is just awful. I feel so bad for the family and for her. Justice needs to be served.

Krista you are right your mom did not deserve to die like this. It sounds like she was an awesome person that stood by her faith. She did not hail to satan and for that she will be spending eternity in heaven with our Lord and Saviour. I pray that will give you comfort at this difficult time. May the Lord Bless you and keep you in his care.

IF he is guilty, life, no parole, no good time, nothing. Life. There is NO excuse for this at all. None.

I hope her son isn't friends with him anymore. This is when wisconsin needs the death penalty.
