Former Enron Chief Executive Jeffrey Skilling won't be reporting to a Federal prison in Minnesota on Tuesday after all.

The fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals delayed his report date Monday night to allow the court to consider Skilling's request for bail while he appeals his conviction.

Skilling had been due to report to the low security Federal prison in the southern Minnesota city of Waseca by Tuesday afternoon, to start serving his 24 year sentence on fraud and conspiracy charges.
