Suspected E.coli Cases In Minnesota
Seven cases have been reported, all traced to Taco John's restaurants in Albert Lea and Austin.

Minnesota health officials say the number of suspected E-coli cases in the state now stands at seven.

The Health Department says the cases came up positive for E.coli in preliminary tests. It's awaiting final confirmation.

Kirk Smith supervises the department's food-borne disease unit. He says there will probably be more cases.

A Taco John's spokesman says the restaurant is working with distributors to check their products and the origin of those products. The restaurants are still open, but their entire food supplies were thrown out Monday and replaced with new ingredients.
