I would like to comment on this accident.I am mother of Marissa Svoboda, not Melissa Svobody,I just want to let everyone know that all the victims are doing well and recovery good, some of them yes will have lots of therapy,my daughter is one of them.As far as the driver alcohol WAS NOT a factor all the test came back negative for that and goes the personal belongings in the car,if there was anything to get it is nothing since some of it was going down the creek as they were pulling the car out.In my opinion I don't care about the personal stuff I am very happy that everyone is still alive,u can replace your belongings but not someone's life and I thank everyone who have cared so much!!!

First, get my name spelled right. Also, I'm 17, not 18. This is supposed to be a news program? Well, investigate a little better. If you are going to publish me from the accident I was in, get my name and age right.

What is it with people more worried about material things like belongings in the car.... Should be happy that you will be taking home your brothers. Yes it is a bad situations that this accident has happened, but again taking home a family member is more satifing that burying them. Be blessed they're alive. My prayers go out to all in the accident and their families.

that was my two brothers vincent and victor simone in that accident! it a shame that the driver isnt responsible person these folks are in hospitials and the parents cant get there personnel belongings from browners garage from Black River Falls. Browners want 250 dollars from the victums parents and their children lay over Wisconsin in surrounding hospitals. It's a shame that these families are being punished and so I believe that the parents have enough to worry about! As for the driver should be held accountable for the injuries for these five youmg people and as for their personal property in Browners garage should show some heart for the families of these victums and it's an unfortunate incident. From the parent of Victor and Vincent Simone.

This sure has been a tragic summer for the younger adults and teens. Please think before you act so another parent doesn't have to go through this grief. Swim in a safe area like a beach or swimming pool not jumping off of cliffs and such. You only live once so do it safely.
