Eau Claire County man pleads not guilty to having child porn
Thursday, 37-year-old Scott Kappus entered not guilty pleas in Eau Claire County Court.

A man accused of having child pornography says he's not guilty.
Thursday, 37-year-old Scott Kappus entered not guilty pleas in Eau Claire County Court.
He faces 12 counts of possessing child pornography. In March, a SWAT team raided his home on Hillview Road, and arrested Kappus for child porn.
A trial date has not been set yet.
