A jury convicted a man today of sexual assault.
Court records show a jury found 38-year old Joseph Robert Stoeberl from Barron guilty of second degree sexual assault and criminal damage to property. He was found not guilty of burglary and that charge was dismissed.
Police say in January he went into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her.
Stoeberl is set to be sentenced in September.
