A court case that came out of a crash has wrapped up.
In November, three people had to go to the hospital after this crash near Cornell.
Chippewa County Sheriff's Deputies say the driver, 36-year-old Robert Lolmaugh was driving while under the influence.
Court records show Lolmaugh pleaded guilty to OWI, causing injury. Three other charges were dismissed. He got 3 years probation, but his sentence was withheld. As a condition of that, Lolmaugh will have to serve 220 days in jail with Huber Work Release privileges.
His license will be revoked for 2 years, and will have to use ignition interlock for 3 years
