City of Whitehall cracks down on tobacco sales to minors
Tobacco sellers in Whitehall can face fines as high as $500 for selling to minors.
The Trempealeau and La Crosse County Health Departments have teamed up with the Whitehall Police Department to reduce sales of tobacco to Whitehall minors.
