A lost cause, yes. Sadly, this kid most likley comes from a bad home. He would have known better not to have a relation with her if he had parents who cared for him and taught him better from an early age. After a kid is over 5 years old, his behavior is pernamently printed on his brain. That why it is so important to get kids out of bad homes B4 school age. Yes, sad to say, we will have to write this kid off. The next time we hear from him will be when he is in the criminal justice system. Its all downhill from there. The taxpayers lose on this and beyond that, the real tragedy here is that he will father more troubled youth just like him.

Jim, you must be just as sick in the mind as this 20 year old. To say that this CHILD is a lost cause?

What do you mean by, "nOW THE TABLES ARE TURNED"? If it is me you are reffering too, I can see no difference. This kid wasn't raped. heck he proabably bragged about it in school. The kid wasn't harmed, as he was already damaged goods, done in by his wonderful parents. The kid is a lost cause, unfortunatley, so are the poor little children born to this discusting situation. As well noted by another, why was she not labled a sex offender and the guy with the two 14 year olds, was? By the way, HE was charged with sexual assult, not RAPE, whatever that means. Yep, there is a double standard going on here, and men come up short. Does that make what either of these two poor examples of adults, right, no, just pointing out the facts boys and girls.

Where's that guy from a week or two ago that felt the 8th graders were partially at fault for being raped....wonder if he would feel the same now that the tables are turned ?

Where are his parents? He should be removed from their custody if they are not capable of protecting him from this sick 20 year old. They should also be held accountable if this continues.

Sally, no one is blamming the parents. You have to consider though, her parent(s) raised her. They are partialy responsible for her. If they failed to teach her right and wrong, dignity, respect, decency, common sense, they have a share in the blame. In the end, she is an adult and is the one who must face the music however.

As disgusting as this is, has anyone else noticed how the court system seems to give pedophiles way too many breaks? Look how many are back out in the community, probably thinking about, if not already re-offending. Anyone notice how a disturbing number of judges have been found to be guilty of these same crimes? Connect the dots. . .

Pedophile, pedophile, pedophile! Why arn't women treated the same as men??? It makes me sick!

What about the boy? I agree the woman is sick and the whole situation is disgusting. It sounds like she did not force the boy to have sex with her. He fathered one child possibly two.

The parents cannot be blamed for her actions. She knew what she was doing was wrong. The kids should be taken away from her and she should not be allowed to have any contact with them. The damage she has already done to the 13 year-old is horrible. And what about his rights as a parent to the children that he fathered?
