Even though it's terrible, I feel bad for her. Obviously she's an alcoholic at the young age of 24. Sad. I hope that she gets some help before it's too late. For someone else OR for her.

Why does it always take so long to get these kind of people off the road?

Again! 7 DUI'S Maybe if she had not been slapped on the wrist the first 6 times and been ordered to get some help and long time sobriety time there would not have been a 7th.And this time she only almost killed someone. Come on! When is this going to be addressed? The girl is 24 years old and likely as only had her liscense for 8 years so that is the average of 1 DUI a year and that is only the times she's been caught. This is INSANITY!

It is painfully obvious this girl has a serious problem and it isn't just going to go away. She needs a wake up call and maybe some jail time and a good drying out will give her just that. If she gets off with just a slap I think the judge who gave it to her should be punished when she kills someone with her stupid drunkiness next time, cause there will be a next time.
