A man will go to jail for storing naked pictures of a teenage girl on his cell phone.
29-year-old Jeremy Mizer of Eau Claire pleaded no contest to two amended counts of causing a child to expose herself. Court records show a woman found 9 sexually explicit pictures of a 15-year-old girl on Mizer's phone. Court records show he's sentenced to 1 year in jail, with work release.
Mizer told police he didn't know how the pictures got on the phone, but in the criminal complaint, the girl told investigators Mizer knew she was 15 and asked her to send the nude pictures.
