A 75-year-old man was arrested for hit and run after a road rage incident Saturday.
The Trempealeau County Sheriffs Department says around 9:30 Saturday night 27-year-old Brandon Kurth of Whitehall and 75-year-old Andrew Zilla of Independence got into an argument.
Deputies say the two drove away from Independence and then got out of their vehicles on County Road Q.
Deputies say during a confrontation between the two men Kurth was hit by the vehicle driven by 75-year-old Zilla.
Kurth was taken to a hospital where he was later released.
Deputies say they found Zilla at his home where he was arrested for hit and run causing injury and alcohol related offenses.
