sad and how fast that can happen you always think they will be fine and in minutes you wish you could have changed your mind about the decision to leave the room and you can't. just think everyone is innocent until proven otherwise and punishment enough is this man has to live with this guilt all his life~!!
i have a 1 1/2 year old and a 4 year old and i would never leave my 4 year old in the tub alon not to mention watching her baby brother for any amount of time it doesnt take long for bad things to happen and people that take that chance need to wake up bad things happpen to small children every day and for parents and foster parents to be so ignorant as to leave these two in the bathtub alone for any amount of time is just inexcusable
people need to pay more attention to their children
What a sad accident. I bet he thought the girl would be ok with the sibling for only a moment. A 3 year old doesn't know what to do when something happens, in this case it was when the baby apparatly inhaled too much water. I pray for all those involved and for others to remember 1 minute is too long.
It is time for people to wake up and take there job seriously.
Unfortunately, even a "moment" is too long. Very sad.
My guess is they were left alone to long!
