A company that hopes to create up to 500 jobs in Janesville is scaling back its plans for the short term.

A company that hopes to create up to 500 jobs in Janesville is scaling back its plans for the short term.
Recygrow is a company that will use green technologies to grow plant life from recycled materials. It plans to build a production facility and greenhouses in Janesville.
The company plans to employ about 50 people by next spring. In the short term, the company will focus on products that help restore shorelines.
Recygrow is also working with state agencies to plan marketing opportunities for things like green roofs and erosion control products.
