New figures show our property taxes will be going up with the new state budget.
The legislative fiscal bureau analyzed the budget and says property taxes will increase $93 on a $167,000 home.
The bureau says taxes will also go up $123 next year.
But the increases are actually down from what was expected from Governor Doyle's original budget.
The report shows property taxes could have been even higher, but were kept down by numerous tax credit increases.
