A woman backed over a tent at a Minnesota campground, killing a toddler.
Prosecutors say the 31-year-old woman driving, had a preliminary blood alcohol level of 0.17%, more than twice the legal limit.
Police say 4-month-old Wyatt Sander of Redwood Falls was in the tent resting with his parents when the van backed over the tent Sunday morning at the campground near Morton.
The boy's mother was also injured. The driver faces charges including two counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
