My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I know how it feels when you loose a child. But when people drink and drive. It is not fair when this happens. She should go to jail and never get out to let this happen again.
This just makes me sick made my skin crawl. I can't imagine losing a child and in such a horrific way. I agree put her in jail NO bail and then put her in prison for a long long time. I don't care how sorry she is or if this is her first offense. The law is NO driving while drunk.What is going to take for people to get this through their head. Being sorry does not cut it when a human life is lost. My thought and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.
Sadly enough this sort of thing is getting all too common. We hear about drunks killing people all the time and they either plead it down to something petty in nature or simply get a slap on the wrist. Maybe there is just too much tax money in booze to really do anything meaningful to these murders.

This is sad. This individual should be in Jail till her court date with no bail allowed. It is obvious that she 'is' guilty.

I can't imagine anything worse than losing a child. My thoughts are with the family of this infant.(note to the Associated Press: A 4-Month-old is not a toddler.)
Any idea why there are two counts of criminal vehicular homicide if only the toddler was killed?
This is so sad!!!!! It just brakes my heart!:(
Why is it that you never hear about this type of thing happening and the driver's BAC is just over the limit? We need some mandatory jail time for people that get this drunk and get behind the wheel.
