P.S. I actaully looked up the incident Lyle cited in the post from a couple of days ago (with the Canadian radio guys). It is hillarious. Cole, since you are Mr. Internet in your spare time at Stout, maybe you should check it out. Tell me, if someone can't name the Prime Minister of Canada and they are the governor of Alaska, is that person a smart individual?

Cole, I listen to Rush Limbaugh just like you do. I know what he says, and you are continually repeating what he tells you in a variety of your posts. The fact is that this woman is a prop used by the extreme right to forward their agenda. She is not speaking her mind or trying to do what is right. She is doing what the former Bush people are telling her to do. She is an insult to working people. The wealthy far right is coaching her to pretend to be the wholesome little gal in the same way they took the son of a wealthy man from Connecticut and made him a "common man from Texas." Let me put it as simply as I can for you, they are laughing at you because you repeat what they say and believe it. The only way they would have anything to do with you personally is if they were letting you mow their lawn or park their car. Your weblink is rightwing nutbag propaganda and so is Sarah Palin.

Democrat or Republican does not matter. There are evil people on each side. I think Sarah Palin is a woman who speaks her mind and people put her down for it. She did not necessarily quit because she is guilty sometimes it is about having enough of what is flying at you and wanting something different in life. Give her credit for trying to do what she thought was right. And by the way I am a democrat, but I believe in treating everyone fairly.

Anonymous, where in my post did I say anything about Rush??? If you ACTUALLY READ my source, it's from the Anchorage Daily News. If I were you, I'd highlight the link to my source, hit Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V and ACTUALLY READ THE LINK before you go spouting off about where I get my facts from.

I am greatly amused that the republicans have been able to successfully convince working people that Sarah Palin is a "little guy". She is very rich and lives in a mansion worth several million dollars. Don't you get it, she has handlers telling her how to play a character to fool you? She has huge money backers in the evangelical movement (the same people who backed Bush). They tell her to act folksy because it will fool the common idiots. Apparently, they are right.

Let's see. First, Seth, what is your last name? Second, Jim, I know that she is a very rich person living in a mansion claiming to be one of the "folks." I know that she has been consistently unable to answer even the simplest question regarding foreign policy even though she has handlers trying to feed her answers. I know she failed out of several colleges. I know that she is on tape participating in a religious ceremony with a witch doctor. I know she resigned as governor in response to ethics complaints. Seth apparently seems to think that suggests innocence...Finally, Cole, Rush Limbaugh is not a source for legitimate info. He is a man who makes a lot of money feeding propaganda to people who don't read.

If you want a good laugh, go do an internet search of the incident where the Canadian radio hosts called her and pretended to be the French prime minister. You will see that she is a complete idiot. She displays a total lack of world knowledge as well as no personal grace whatsoever. This is no doubt the single dumbest individual ever to run for major public office. She is undeducated and fake and stupid, like her devout followers. I am not a democrat (Doyle is scum) but I am truly astounded that this peabrain can have any support at all. I think it is a sad commentary on the lack of intelligence in the American electorate. If you want Obama to win again in 2012, by all means support Palin.

History proves that it doesn't matter who you are, once you get into politics...if you are not already a crook & liar - you will be

You should get your stories straight before opening your mouth about something you know nothing about. I too beleive the Democrats would stop at nothing to discredit Palin. Do you think they are worried that she may run for president? Yes she is a christian woman and family is important to her. How many of you would have given birth to a handicapped child? I know Obama and alot of you Democrats would not have. You see it takes morals and a love for human life to do this. George I agree with you 100% mud is being thrown but does not stick. Sounds more like bs to me. Palin for 2012.

Democrats say they are for the poor and the "little guy" and then they go and waste 2.5 million on lies and false charges against the little gal who will probably be the next president of our country. What a bunch of sexist cowards.Democrats are good at "slash and burn",but are useless when it comes to doing something that can be helpful to others.

Check your facts WEAU!This $$$ was allocated to state attorneys and would have been spent on them regardless.SP is just fine using her PAC$ to pay her bills. She is a quitter. Palin/Sanford2012! Where do I send my check?

I find it interesting that Palin is willing to stick her neck out for what she believes is the right thing to do for her state and for her family, but you (the previous comment) can't attach your name to your own comment!

Unbelievable that some people wanted this dimwit for president!!! Good Riddence to this far right wing extremist!!

Come on Anon, your posting about an individual you know nothing about. I don't think if she was a democrat that there would be any complaints if she was everything exactly the same way. I vote Sara in 2012.

Well, let's see...she's had 18 ethics complaints files against her, 17 dismissed, 1 pending. Some of these complaints involve her wearing an Arctic Cat jacket to her husbands race. It's rather interesting she had two ethics complaints before she announced she running with McCain and then the 16 followed in less than 8 months. If you would like to read the complaints instead of sounding ill-informed go to: http://www.adn.com/palin/story/838912.html
