Police released video that they say shows a high-speed chase and a crash.
It happened on July 4 in Michigan. Police say a 14-year-old boy stole his father's SUV to get ice cream. They say the chase reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour. Police say the teenager almost hit several cars and crossed into on-coming traffic. Charges are pending.
The boy also had his 12-year-old cousin and 10-year-old brother in the SUV. They weren't seriously hurt.
