Stolen Baby Jesus Statue
For the second time in five years thieves stole a baby Jesus from the outside nativity scene at St. Peter's Catholic Church.

The New Year is off to a rough start for a church in Stevens Point.

For the second time in five years thieves stole a baby Jesus from the outside nativity scene at St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Father Kevin Louis says it happened sometime Christmas day but, with no witnesses, he says it's doubtful they'll get baby Jesus back. He says the statue is worth between $300 and $500.
>
Now, he says the nativity might get a new addition next year plexiglass to protect the statues.
