Goodyear Tire and Rubber workers are expected to return to work today after a three-month strike, and some workers say it will take time to mend wounds with management.

Workers at twelve plants in ten states, including Wisconsin, ended their strike last week. They approved a three-year agreement that includes plans to close a Texas tire factory and creates a one billion dollar health care fund for retirees.
