Local plant is closing its doors
US Special Delivery says it will shut down its facility on Partridge Road in the Town of Union starting September 21st.

An area plant is closing its doors. US Special Delivery says it will shut down its facility on Partridge Road in the Town of Union starting September 21st. The closing will affect about 34 workers.
The company says it is re-locating to Hammond, which is west of Baldwin. The employees are being offered a chance to transfer there and continue employment.
